Privacy Policy

• Account information: name and email address when you register.
• Calculation data: numbers you enter into our calculators, stored only when you choose to save a report.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session duration — used to improve the product.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and performance monitoring.
• Cookies and local storage: theme preference, language setting, and session token (see Cookie Policy).

All personal data is stored on servers within the European Union (EU) and United States using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage, which undergoes regular independent security audits. Access to production data is restricted to a minimal number of authorised personnel and is protected by multi-factor authentication.

• Right to portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).

• Vercel — hosting and edge network (SOC 2 certified).
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, cookie-free analytics (no personal data shared).
• We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are permanently purged from all systems within 30 days. Anonymous usage analytics are aggregated and cannot be tied back to individuals.

Calculatring is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
