By accessing or using Calculatring ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

Calculatring provides a suite of online financial calculators — including ROI, VAT, loan, mortgage, tax, and investment calculators, among others — for business and personal finance use. All calculators are free to use, with no account required. Registered users can additionally save reports and access a personal dashboard.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@calculatring.com.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mass-extract calculation results.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Do not use the Service to calculate figures for illegal purposes.

The Service, including all content, software, design, and branding, is owned by Calculatring and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The name "Calculatring" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission. Calculation results you generate are yours to use freely. Reports you save to your account are your property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR ACCURACY, CALCULATRING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CALCULATION RESULTS ARE ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Financial decisions should be made in consultation with qualified financial advisors. Our calculators provide estimates and should not be the sole basis for significant financial decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALCULATRING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes by email and by displaying a notice in the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
